Kiran Kumar Kumarappa


Kiran brings in more than 14 years of professional experience in school academics, Communicative English research and training. He has spearheaded seven K-12 schools in Karnataka. He is an educational entrepreneur, founder of Laetus Education and has managed more than hundred schools under Communicative English programme in India and Sri Lanka. His out of the box thinking and innovative experiments and research over the last decade have yielded in evolving, designing and developing unique and effective methodologies of classroom learning practices.


Kiran, in the past, has worked with Ness Technologies, Sasken Network Engineering Ltd., Cranes Software and Ascendum Systems.


With a passion for creative writing, Kiran has translated one of the most celebrated plays by Dario Fo’s, Accidental Death of an Anarchist which gained the attention of stage performances over 50 shows across the state. Another reputed work of a prominent political and social leader of India, Ram Manohar Lohia’s work was translated for the government of Karnataka. He has more than 1000 published articles to his credit across varied subjects. He is a postgraduate in English from Kuvempu University, Shimoga.

Vineet Dubey

Vineet is the Director and COO of the Saujannaya Group of Companies and manages the entire company operations with its core leadership team and regional leaderships. Vineet, a Commerce graduate from the prestigious St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata started directly as an able entrepreneur since the inception of his career and was responsible in creating, growing and consolidating the Saujannaya Group of Companies under the guidance of Mr. Anil Dubey (MD) and various notable industry associates. Under Vineet, Saujannaya has grown to a multi-crore organization during the last 5 years and has a farther steep growth plan and diversification plan in the current fiscal year.

Vineet, Started working from the age of 18 and got into Financial Consulting business for almost 8 Yrs before embarking onto the new venture to create a company with a long term vision to establish a Pan India based company in 2007 under the banner of “Saujannaya”. With the first project in early 2007 from 3i-infotech, till date the company has handled the most prestigious projects ever happened in the sub-continent in regards to Resource Augmentation and IT Services. Vineet has been primarily responsible growing the company and attaining a good height in such a short time and farther pursuing the upcoming dreams of the company.

Saujannaya under Vineet’s able leadership has on its table a prestigious clientele from India. Vineet has strong and serious plans to pursue enterprise software business (Education, Development & Implementation) and build and grow the business line within the group starting this year. Keeping up with the pace of the Industry he got Saujannaya certified on Quality Standards with ISO 9001 cartification & CRISIL rated for financial well being. The Company has now initiated the process for ISO 20000 for the standards in the field of IT services.

Perusing his Global Dreams, he made a presentation of the company in the Indo African Conclave meet held between 17-19th March’2013 in New Delhi at Taj Palace hotel before His Excellency Hon. Daniel Kablan Ducan, the PM of Cote d’Ivoire and his cabinet ministers. Where Saujannaya was invited to be a part of the Indian Business Delegation visit to the country of Cote d’Ivoire between 5th – 9th May’13 in Abidjan.

Mr Vineet represented Saujannaya in this visit where proposals for the development of Human Resource, training and IT services was appreciated by the Govt of Ivory Coast.

His focused approach towards the business and the overall development of the company and its diversification into various fields led to the Nomination of the company for “ BUSINESS LEADERSHIP AWARD FOR INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT” by IEDRA ( Indian Economic Development & Research Association ) ,New Delhi.

Vineet was born in 1980 at Ballia, U.P. and then migrated to Kolkata to pursue his education and then his professional career. Vineet did his schooling from Shri DaulatRam Nopany Vidyalaya and St.Xavier’s College at Kolkata and did his graduation from St. Xavier’s College at Kolkata. Vineet also did his professional certification in Financial Market from NCFM and is a member of Association of Mutual Funds of India, Mumbai.






Anupama Prakash


Anupama is Founder Director of two organizations; Open Minds Education Initiative (OMEI) and Workbench Projects Pvt Ltd (WP). Both organizations are committed to creating a constructive ecosystem for education and empowerment of new age learners.


While OMEI is committed to a working philosophy where school students are at the centre of knowledge creation by exploring alternate ways of researching, collating and presenting material for sharing amongst a wide network of student community under OMEI's fold, WP is committed to building an ecosystem for designers/ engineers/ innovators to build and expand their creative sensibilities for innovation.


She also leads Kali-Kalisu - a joint initiative of the Goethe-Institut/Max Mueller Bhavan, the German Cultural organisation and India Foundation for the Arts, Bangalore. Kali-Kalisu is a pioneering project of the Goethe-Institut worldwide initiative “Culture and development” that aims at supporting infrastructure and professional training in the fields of culture, media and education in partner countries. Kali-Kalisu is strongly committed to teacher capacity building at grassroots level and working with the government structures of Karnataka and NCERT, New Delhi.


She has co-authored a position paper for pre-service D.Ed teacher training for Directorate of State Education Research and Training, Karnataka besides charting the curriculum and syllabi for arts education for the state. She is a member of the Executive Committee, Rashtriya Madhyamik Siksha Abhiyan, Karnataka


As an Ex-Director of Brains for Science and Technology Aided Reforms in Society (BrainSTARS) she has contributed to the development of its pioneering Math and Science Activity Centres. She continues to be the Managing Trustee of Yuva Chintana Foundation with a focus on education, empowerment & employability and arts & culture.


She has a MA in Gallery Studies and Critical Curating from the University of Essex, UK and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Mount Carmel Institute of Management, Bangalore. Her Bachelors has been in Fine Arts from College of Fine Arts, Bangalore University.


She has curated a few art exhibitions in India and UK, and was a visiting faculty at the Department of Art History and Theory, College of Fine Arts, Bangalore as well as Curator/ Business Development Manager, Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath, Bangalore in her early career.
